The Baltimore Sun reports that the Orioles have signed utility infielder Alex Cintron. Cintron had been talking to Baltimore before he signed with the Cubs this offseason. Apparently those talks picked right back up once the Cubs released him. During the spring, Cintron never really got a chance to get going due to illness and minor injuries during the spring. The Orioles are weak at the SS position, so he should find himself a roster spot.
